Agreement to Terms

By using our website, booking an appointment, or purchasing any product or service from the Company, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you should discontinue use of our website and services.

Services

The Company provides skincare treatments, aesthetic procedures, and wellness services. All services are performed by licensed professionals. Individual results are not guaranteed and may vary.

Payments

Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made. A deposit may be required at the time of booking. The Company accepts major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as listed on our website. All sales of gift cards and prepaid packages are final.

Limitation of Liability

The Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. The Company's total liability for any claim related to our services will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service in question.

SMS/Text Messaging Terms

You must be 18 years of age or older to use this SMS service. 

Non-Marketing Messages: If you opt in to receive non-marketing text messages from us, you may receive messages about appointment confirmations and reminders, rescheduling notifications, post-service follow-ups, and estimated pricing and payment confirmations. These messages are transactional in nature and are directly related to your appointments and account activity with the Company.

Marketing & Promotional Messages: If you separately opt in to receive marketing text messages from us, you may receive messages about promotional offers, seasonal deals, loyalty rewards, and new service announcements. Marketing messages are only sent to contacts who have provided explicit consent for promotional communications. You will never receive marketing messages based solely on your non-marketing opt-in, and vice versa.

Opting Out: You can cancel either or both message types at any time. Text STOP to the number you received the message from. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to network availability and conditions.
